SUMMER FUN

Well, Since my average is one post every 6 months I am 1 month overdue.
Chickens? Did someone say chickens, Like I do not have enough to take care of with 3 wild boys we...little dialoge here I do not know if we really decided whether or not now is when we wanted chicken we went to go look and the boys started picking favorites and before we knew it we had 26 chickens. We have sold 8 so now we are down to 17 and will probably sell a few more.
We have black and white bantees, Americanas and some others I am not sure we were just picking our favorites right!!! Anyway they have added to our excitement around here!
So after our trip to Oregon for Cub scout day camp we started building our Chicken palace... pictures to come...

School ended with a bang, the first day I had them all home all day, I was thinking this is going to be so much fun to have them all home for the summer......the second day I thought I was going to loose my mind. So we packed up and went to the library. 1 they have something for all ages whether it be the computer center or the playroom

Then Nana Jorgensen bekond us (my sister Rachel and I) to come bring our boys to CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP apperiently there are no song leaders in Central Oregon (jk) so I have to come all the way from Boise, Andrew Loved being an official scout instead of sneaking out and pretending to be old enough which he is alreading telling people he is 8 (not until November 2) except when Mom sends him to time out to take 8 he says I am only 7. He keeps me on my toes.

Aiden and Adam enjoyed tag a longs for the most part the lady who ran it this year did such a GREAT job. Adam still asks for Miss Amanda where is she?? Aiden was very disappointed when he found out he still had two more years before he can be an official cub scout he just turned 6 and is liking being 6. He is cute I sent him to time out for 6 and he turned and said only five then he got a silly grin and then he said Oh, yeah I'm 6 now.

We took the boys on their first raft trip ever! Andrew said it was the coolest thing every and rode in the middle up front. Aiden rode middle back and loved it grinning and giggling and and WHOAing the rapids. Adam rode middle front next to Andrew and he held on for dear life. Over the rapids then was preeezzzing while the sun warmed him he did take a lot of water, but he would not move to the back where he would take less water.
Then we enjoyed some play time on the beach with Grannie Palmer we loved to have her visit the only bummer is we forgot our camera so we will have to go again and take pictures.
We still have our white water canoe and are headed up to the payette this weekend to enjoy an adults only run with the our ward. I will try and get pictures

As always I am posting in the middle of the night and I am tired and have a music program downloaded to interface with my piano so I can rewrite some music for the the ward choir.
